Nursery
Our nursery consists
of two adjoining rooms, one for infants and one for
toddlers up to age three. We use a paging
system (noiseless pagers) in order to reach parents
if necessary. The nursery is staffed by paid
employees of the church as well as volunteers.
All are screened and trained so that children can
enjoy a safe environment.
Ages
Three Through Six
Victory
Village is the name given to the church school area
devoted to the children. Workshops in five unique
class environments teach Bible stories and concepts
through a new educational approach. Children
learn about and come to know God in different ways
and through different experiences through a rotating
program.
Royal Acts
Children
are born actors. They love to dress up
and put on a skit. This is a real
drama room, a stage area with lighting,
curtains, backdrops and a full closet of
costumers
Rainbow Room
This is a real
art room full of terrific art supplies.
The walls are brightly painted in “Crayon”
colors. This room inspires all to be
artistic.
Pumpkin Patch
Four- and
five-year-olds gather in this brightly-
colored orange room to sing songs, play
games and learn Bible stories.
Banana Cabana
After
gathering in the Pumpkin Patch for singing,
three-year-olds come to cheerful Banana
Cabana where they play, do crafts and learn
Bible stories.
Village Green
This room
changes with each theme or emphasis in the
rotation. The room is equipped with maps,
games, Bibles and concordances, etc. Music
is part of the study here.
Silver Screen
Imagine a
room with theater seats and a popcorn
machine, and you have one of the most
favorite workshops. This workshop is
straightforward: children learn by watching
quality presentations and then discussing
them.

Computers
are wonderful learning tools.
Computers are part of our young
generation. When we combine good
Christian software and and the right
teacher, plus the computers - learning
is fun.
Mid-High
and Senior High Youth
Seventh and eighth
graders meet in Everette House where they creatively
learn and discuss issues about God and the church.
Older youth in grades
nine through twelve, meet in a large, comfortable
area named “The Loft” where they discuss Bible stories
in lively ways, applying their learning to life
in high school.
Confirmation
(Membership Class for Young People)
is
offered to ninth graders. In the fall of 2007 it
will be held on Sunday Evenings. Beginning September
9, 2007 until Maundy Thursday 2008.
